Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Kindly send the cancellation requests to [email protected], on or before September 15, 2025. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted on the phone or any other mode of communication.
- Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the completion of the congress, if not earlier.
- Up to September 15, 2025 – 50% registration fee will be refunded after deducting the processing fee and taxes.
- September 16, 2025 onwards – No refund
