Instructions for Abstract Submission

Read the instructions carefully before submitting abstract

  • All abstracts must be submitted through the official APCH 2025 website.
  • To log onto the submission site, you will have to create a username and password.
  • It is mandatory to register for the conference to presenting the abstract.
  • Abstracts can be submitted for Oral paper or poster
  • The abstracts must contain original content which is not published or presented at any other national or international conferences prior to the APCH 2025.
  • The abstract should not be more than 300 words. It should be typed in the box provided on the online abstract submission page
  • Each delegate can submit up to 3 abstracts under various award categories.
  • Once the abstract is submitted, no revisions/editing will be allowed. Authors have the option to save the abstracts as a draft in case they feel that the abstract needs to be reworked on.
  • Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted
  • Notification regarding acceptance of the submission along with the guidelines for presentation will be sent to the author through email provided while submitting the abstract.
  • The scientific committee reserves the right to accept / reject / assign a different presentation type to all the abstracts submitted

The abstract should contain the following subheadings

  • Background and Introduction (include aims and objectives)
  • Methods (include statistical analysis if applicable)
  • Results
  • Conclusion
